The Ceramic Cylinder Engraved Laser, also called "Screened" or "Anilox", has the most important function in the transfer of ink between the inkpot and the support to be printed.

We propose you the Supply of New Anilox or the Recoating of an existing Copper, Chromium or Ceramic Cylinder.

Applications


The anilox cylinder is a measuring instrument. It is engraved of a multitude of micro-cells which will convey ink to the surface of the photopolymer plate.

Plasma Spray Coating Plasma Spray Coating:

Plasma is a station which will project at strong temperatures the ceramics on all the surface of the cylinder.
Grinding Rectification:

The rectification intervenes before the engraving of the cylinder to return the surface of the cylinder quite smooth & rectified to very precise tolerances, and after engraving to apply a super-polishing.
Laser Engraving Laser Engraving:

The screens are engraved with laser on the cylinder.

Engraving of conventional screens and other specific screens :
We can engraved a 30° screen, 60° screen, 45° screen, Point screen, Canal screen, Helicoïdal screen and a Line screen.
